昔の日本の戦国武将は七書（『孫子』『呉子』『司馬法』『三略』『六韜』『尉繚子』『李衛公問対』）を
基本的な教養として学んだそうだが、現代の政治家や官僚も古典を学ぶべきだな。
最初はさも理解者や協力者のように振る舞い、対象に接近し情報や便宜を与え、
徐々に見返りを要求し長期間にわたって関係を構築する。
当人が気がついたときには絶対に抜けられない関係になっている。
金や女や接待、無論職務上の情報のやり取り等さんざん甘い蜜を吸っているからだ。
対象の組織内に協力者を作るのは常套手段だな。
